How do I return my products

How do I return my product(s)? 

Items purchased at the SWM Society Apparel online shop can only be returned to us by post. 

Please note: customised and personalised items are made uniquely for you, and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. 

Items purchased from the SWM Society Apparel online shop 

You can return your online order free of charge within 14-days. If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 14-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel. 

Please note: 

Steps: 

1Fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box. A return form and return label should have been sent with your original order. 

2Attach the return label to the parcel over the original label. 

3Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label. 

4Drop off your parcel at your respective carrier drop off point: 

Parcelforce 

UPS (only if your order has been shipped via express shipment)

Items purchased at an SWM Society Apparel authorised reseller 

If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to an SWM Society Apparel store.
